I don't know why their reviews are bad. This is not a hotel... its a motel. And for a motel, I think it was very nice. The people are nice. The one guy some of the reviews are talking about just has rbf. He's actually nice, too. We had no issues. I had to go ask for their broom twice and was told the 1st time that they can clean for me. But I didn't want to leave sand everywhere for them from the beach so I did it. There is a fridge in the room and a communial microwave behind the office. That's a little weird, but it's just what they have. They could have none. I'm not even upset there was no coffee pot because we wanted to enjoy the local small businesses anyways. There was an air conditioner in our room.There definitely was an iron and board in the closet, contrary to what a review said. There were no bugs and it was clean. They did have bed bug cover on the mattress, but there were none inside and that keeps them from getting in, so again, not upset at all. I appreciated the security cameras and that they do watch them. We were on the road side and of course you will hear noise from it, but it was not as loud as reviews say. Here and there we heard honks. But not loud. I think some people that left bad reviews are ridiculously critical and expected hotel, not the cheaper end motel they got. We had no issues at check out at all and they already started processing the deposit refund. No one went up to inspect it, probably because we were very neat and clean so all they really had to do was switch towels and bedsheets. Other than me asking for the broom a couple times, they don't bother you for anything. If you are looking for a nice, cheaper end option, I would recommend them.

Though this is not a “five-star” hotel for what it is, it is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning worked fabulous in the room, I did not see any bugs As another reviewer mentioned. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. All shifts morning and evening staff were fantastic. The management was prompt and outstanding for me and my guests. Would definitely stay here again, great value.

This place was extremely clean and the staff was amazing. I like the fact of the beautiful glossy tile floors and I asked the staff may I see the room before I book a room they were very polite and kind to show me. I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels and motels and I have traveled all over the world. You will not be disappointed me and my husband will stay again

This was such a pleasant surprise! We had to book late at night last minute due to flight cancellation, and the check in was quick and the room was perfect.

Aaahhh the price is a little trip advisor what the advertising don't remember about Hurricane season is 06-11 in Miami. Florida. So the locals have a lot of expenses to gather before the snow birds allocate all the items . So back to school is around the corner as well. So we do have less to spend on expenditures. Thank you .
